Arriving pre-assembled and fully painted, the WA480 features an ultra-responsive 5-way hydraulic reversing valve, a high-pressure oil pump system, planetary wheel reduction axles with locking differentials, and a hydraulic quick-coupler setup. Complete with an included hydraulic pallet fork attachment, scale cabin details, and multi-function light and sound systems, this loader offers maximum versatility right out of the box.

5-Way Hydraulic Control Valve: High-pressure hydraulic pump paired with a 5-spool valve system operating at 3.5 MPa for smooth, simultaneous boom, bucket, steering, and attachment functions.
Hydraulic Quick-Coupler & Pallet Forks: Includes a remote hydraulic attachment release and interchangeable forklift assembly, allowing seamless switching between the heavy bucket and pallet forks.

Hydraulic Maintenance & Warm-Up: Always check hydraulic fluid levels in the oil reservoir before operation. Let the pump idle at a low RPM for 1–2 minutes to purge air pockets and warm up the oil for smooth valve response.
Track Tensioning (PC360 Excavator): Do not overtighten the metal tracks. Ensure slight slack on the top return rollers to avoid putting excessive load on the track drive motors and planetary gearboxes.
Quick-Coupler Locking Caution: Always confirm the hydraulic lock pin is fully engaged before lifting heavy loads with the WA480 wheel loader to prevent accidental attachment drops.
Valve Servo Zeroing: When setting up an aftermarket radio transmitter on the LESU PC360, carefully calibrate the servo end-points (EPA) for each hydraulic valve spool to prevent servo burnouts caused by binding against the physical valve stops.
