Safety Essentials

Buying the battery is only half the battle. To use them safely, you will also need:

LiPo Balance Charger: Never use a standard charger. You must balance the voltage of each individual cell.

Fireproof Storage: Store and charge batteries in a LiPo Bag or a metal "Bat-Safe" box.

If you aren't planning to use the batteries for more than 24ā€“48 hours, always charge them to (or discharge them to) "Storage Voltage" (roughly 3.80Vā€“3.85V per cell). Leaving them fully charged for long periods is the fastest way to ruin their internal chemistry.
