Modeled after heavy-duty industrial track-type bulldozers, this 26 kg (57 lb) brute force machine is constructed almost entirely from precision zinc alloy, aluminum casting, and welded steel components. Arriving fully assembled and factory painted, the DXR2 features a high-pressure brushless hydraulic system, a 4-way hydraulic control valve, and an articulated bogie-style track roller system designed to maintain ground contact across uneven terrain. With up to 76 kg (167 lbs) of downward blade force and a functional multi-shank rear ripper, this model is built for continuous earth-moving action.

Hydraulic Pressure Bypass Caution: The factory-preset pressure valve on the DXR2 is tuned specifically for its cylinder seals. Avoid overriding or screwing down the pressure adjustment switch, as over-pressurizing can damage internal line fittings and valve blocks. Crawler Track Tensioning: Track tension must be checked regularly. Operating with loose tracks risks throw-offs during tight pivot turns on dirt, while over-tightening can overload the 1:256 drive planetary gearboxes.Ripper & Blade Operation Order: When working in compact soil, use the rear ripper to loosen the top layer of earth first before attempting to push full loads with the front blade to reduce heat buildup in the pump system.Cold Starts & Fluid Viscosity: Due to the machine's heavy duty pump reservoir, run the hydraulic pump at a low idle for 1–2 minutes before working under heavy load, especially if operating in colder ambient temperatures.
