Arriving factory-assembled and painted, the 360L features a reliable high-pressure hydraulic pump operating at 2.5 MPa, steel-machined fluid lines, an endless 360-degree rotating upper chassis, and heavy-duty alloy tracks. With up to 15 kg (33 lbs) of breakout digging force and a massive 70 kg (154 lbs) arm lifting capacity, this machine is built for continuous, heavy-duty scale excavation
Massive All-Metal Chassis: Zinc alloy and aluminum cast superstructure paired with 50 mm wide alloy zinc molded tracks for extreme stability and scale weight. High-Power Hydraulics: Driven by a steel-machined hydraulic pump and 60A brushless ESC system operating at 2.5 MPa working pressure. Extreme Digging & Lifting Power: Generates up to 15 kg (33 lbs) of digging force and up to 70 kg (154 lbs) of total lifting capacity. Endless 360° Rotation: High-torque brushless slewing drive motor allows continuous 360-degree rotation of the superstructure. Battery Tray Size Check: The battery compartment on the JD 360L fits batteries up to 160 mm x 51 mm x 73 mm. Take advantage of this deep compartment by running high-capacity 3S LiPo packs (e.g., 5000mAh+) to extend session runtime. Weight & Transport Management: At 26 kg (57 lbs) without packing, do not attempt to transport or position the excavator by grabbing the boom or arm assembly. Always lift directly from under the lower undercarriage tracks to avoid stressing the slew drive and superstructure.Pre-Operating Bleed Routine: Before pushing hard soil, cycling the boom, arm, and bucket cylinders through their full stroke 3–4 times at low RPM purges trapped air inside the lines and stabilizes hydraulic pressure.
